• To create, distribute, or support content that promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse.
• To compromise the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, system, software application, or computing device.
• To distribute, publish, or facilitate unsolicited mass emails, messages, promotions, advertisements, or spam.

Investigation and Enforcement

Hercule reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Policy. We may remove or restrict access to any content or resource found to be in violation. You agree to cooperate with us in addressing and resolving any such violations.

In assessing potential violations, we may take into account:

• Your ability and commitment to comply with this Policy.
• The measures you have in place to prevent, detect, and eliminate prohibited content or activities.
